Adam Weitsman, a prominent billionaire investor, has made a strategic acquisition of over 5,000 NFTs from Yuga Labs, including Otherdeeds, Mega Kodas, and Weapon Kodas. The purchase, executed directly with Yuga Labs, signals strong confidence in the company's metaverse project, Otherside. Weitsman announced the MOVE on X, emphasizing his long-term commitment to the platform and plans for further open-market acquisitions this year.

Yuga Labs, the creator of Bored APE Yacht Club and CryptoPunks, is pivoting focus to Otherside, recently divesting older intellectual property to streamline resources. Weitsman noted Yuga's renewed prioritization of the project, stating, "There is a lot riding on this for the whole space."
